Real Estate Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new agents to grow your team.
• Oversee client inquiries and support your team in closing successful deals.
• Monitor team performance, set strategies, and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay up to date on Dubai’s real estate projects and market trends.
• Collaborate with marketing and administration teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering premium service.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Real Estate Team Leader (Dubai market experience preferred).
• Proven track record in recruiting and managing a team of agents.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Ambitious, results-driven, and able to perform under pressure.
