Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Team Leader to oversee and guide our sales team in both off-plan and secondary market transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, excellent knowledge of Dubai’s property market, and the ability to drive sales performance while maintaining a high standard of client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and group sales targets.
• Provide training, coaching, and market insights to ensure continuous professional growth of the team.
• Assist team members with client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures when required.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with RERA and company policies.
• Monitor and track KPIs, preparing performance reports for management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, and investors.
• Stay updated with Dubai real estate trends, projects, and market developments.
• Drive marketing and lead-generation initiatives in collaboration with the management team.
• Handle escalated client concerns and ensure a smooth sales process.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven real estate experience in Dubai (off-plan & secondary).
• Previous experience in a team leader or managerial role within real estate is preferred.
• RERA certification (must be valid or obtainable).
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, developers, and projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Experience:

• Real Estate : 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driving Licence (Preferred)
