* Lead and manage a team of real estate executives

* Assign daily targets and track performance

* Guide the team in calling, client meetings & site visits

* Train and support new team members

* Handle customer queries and ensure proper follow-ups

* Achieve monthly sales & closure targets

* Share daily/weekly reports with management

Requirements:

*2–4 years experience in real estate sales

*Strong communication and team-handling skills

*Good negotiation & closing ability

*Target-driven and self-motivated personality
