Real Estate Team Leader (Russian or French or Arabic speaker) | Dubai

We are a growing real estate brokerage based in Dubai seeking an experienced and driven Real Estate Team Leader to lead, manage, and scale a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property consultants.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Monitor team performance and ensure targets are consistently achieved.
• Support agents in closing deals and handling negotiations.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new team members.
• Expand client portfolio and strengthen market presence in Dubai.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the Dubai real estate market.
• Previous experience leading a real estate sales team.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate regulations and processes.
• Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales goals.
• Fluent in English + (Arabic or Russian or French).
