Real Estate Videographer/Photographer

Job Title: Real Estate Videographer / Photographer (Part-Time with Growth to Full-Time)

We’re a fast-growing real estate company looking for a talented and reliable videographer/photographer to join our team. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to quickly grow into a full-time role, along with strong potential for increased pay and long-term career growth.

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for capturing high-quality photo and video content for residential real estate listings, social media, and marketing campaigns. This includes both interior and exterior shoots, as well as drone work. You’ll work closely with our team to execute a specific creative vision and bring each property to life through compelling visual storytelling.

• Proficiency in photography, videography, and drone operation
• Ability to follow direction closely and execute a defined vision
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in your work
• Positive attitude and enjoyable to be around — personality matters here
• Professional, confident, and comfortable interacting with clients
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple shoots and deadlines
• Creative eye is a plus, but execution and listening are more important

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in real estate photography or videography
• Video and photo editing skills

Responsibilities

• Capture professional photos and video of residential properties
• Operate drone for aerial photography and video (must follow all FAA guidelines)
• Deliver high-quality, polished content in a timely manner
• Collaborate with our team on shot lists, style, and creative direction
• Represent the brand well when interacting with homeowners, agents, and clients
