We are seeking a motivated, polished, and client‑focused Realtor to represent Abu Dhabi’s top communities and deliver a high‑quality advisory experience to buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage property inquiries and conduct professional viewings
• Promote off‑plan and ready properties from leading Abu Dhabi developers
• Build and maintain a strong portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
• Deliver tailored property presentations and investment consultations
• Advise clients on pricing, ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and market trends
• Negotiate offers and close transactions with accuracy and professionalism
• Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with integrity, expertise, and exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Experience in real estate sales or high‑value client‑facing roles is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• High level of motivation, discipline, and target‑driven mindset
• Ability to build trust and long‑term client relationships
• Professional appearance and strong business acumen
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, etc.) are an advantage
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
