As demand from Chinese‑speaking buyers and investors continues to grow, we are seeking a professional Realtor – International Clients (Chinese Speaker) to deliver a seamless, culturally aligned experience to clients from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and global Chinese‑speaking communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Chinese‑speaking clients with property inquiries, viewings, and investment consultations
• Conduct tailored presentations, virtual tours, and community briefings in Chinese and English
• Promote off‑plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
• Build and maintain a portfolio of international buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
• Provide expert guidance on pricing, ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and market trends
• Support clients with relocation needs, lifestyle insights, and community recommendations
• Negotiate offers and close transactions with professionalism and accuracy
• Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with cultural understanding and global professionalism

Requirements

• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English
• Experience in real estate sales, advisory, or high‑value client‑facing roles
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to build trust with international clients and high‑net‑worth individuals
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and target‑driven
• Professional appearance and strong business acumen
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage
