- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and attendants at the reception desk.
- Manage patient registration, admission, and discharge formalities.
- Handle billing processes including cash, card, UPI, and insurance transactions.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for smooth patient services.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, billing data, and payment receipts.
- Address patient queries with professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and maintain confidentiality of patient records.
- Support front-office operations including phone calls, inquiries, and scheduling.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Healthcare background preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in hospital/healthcare industry (preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Good knowledge of billing software and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Customer service-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
