As the first point of contact at Colas Rail, the Receptionist plays a key role in representing the company to visitors, partners, and employees. This role is responsible for managing front-desk operations, ensuring smooth communication, and providing administrative support to contribute to the efficiency of daily business activities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and partners in a professional and courteous manner.

• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate department or staff.

• Ensure the reception area reflects Colas Rail’s professional standards, keeping it clean, organized, and presentable.

• Maintain visitor logs, issue access badges, and ensure compliance with site security procedures.

• Coordinate with facility management regarding office supplies, meeting room bookings, and reception-related needs.

• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.

• Provide administrative and clerical support to HR, Administration, and other departments as needed.

• Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and company events when required.

• Uphold Colas Rail’s values of safety, responsibility, and excellence in all interactions

Desired Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).

• Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or administrative assistant.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (French is a plus).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

• Professional demeanor, customer service–oriented, and detail-focused.

• Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
