Duties and responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.

Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.

Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.

Maintain office security by controlling access (monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges, etc.).

Provide administrative support to various departments as needed (e.g., filing, data entry, preparing documents).

Assist with travel arrangements, meeting room bookings, and office supplies management.

Handle inquiries and resolve basic complaints in a courteous manner.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s university degree

0 – 2 years of experience

Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role is an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
