1. Front Desk & First Impressions

  • Welcoming visitors, tenants, and potential clients with a professional attitude.
  • Answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries about office spaces or services.

2. Information & Guidance

  • Providing details about available office units, facilities, and building policies.
  • Directing clients to leasing or sales representatives.
  • Guiding visitors to the right office or department inside the tower.

3. Administrative Support

  • Maintaining records of visitors, tenants, and inquiries.
  • Handling appointments, meeting schedules, and follow-ups.
  • Assisting the sales/leasing team with paperwork, forms, or client coordination.

4. Customer Service & Tenant Relations

  • Responding to tenants’ requests and complaints politely.
  • Acting as the communication link between management and tenants.
  • Helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the tower.

5. Security & Professional Standards

  • Monitoring access by registering visitors and issuing passes.
  • Coordinating with security for visitor management.
