Job Overview:

GrowX Digital is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and create a welcoming environment for visitors and clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls and messages.
  • Manage emails and provide accurate information to inquiries.
  • Keep the reception area tidy, professional, and well-organized.
  • Maintain visitor records and follow security procedures.
  • Schedule and confirm meetings and appointments.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Provide support to HR and other departments as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 14 years of education (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in reception or administrative work is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Well-presented, punctual, and detail-oriented.
