Role Overview

You’ll be the first impression of RQC — handling patient communication, appointment coordination, and front-desk operations with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients with warmth and confidence.
• Manage appointments, calls, and WhatsApp queries.
• Handle billing and registration for consultations.
• Maintain reception hygiene and ambience.
• Coordinate between consultants, OT, and care teams.
• Ensure smooth patient flow and premium experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹24,744.19 per month

Work Location: In person
