Job Summary:
Cariva is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Receptionistto join our showroom team. The role combines front-desk responsibilities with sales support and operational tasks, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and smooth daily operations of the showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and welcome customers, creating a positive first impression.

· Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

· Support showroom sales by assisting customers with product information, quotations, and follow-ups.

· Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure timely delivery, documentation, and inventory updates.

· Maintain reception area and showroom appearance, ensuring a clean and organized environment.

· Manage appointment schedules for sales representatives and service staff.

· Prepare reports on customer interactions, sales leads, and operational activities.

· Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and record-keeping.

· Support marketing and promotional activities as required.
