Service Coordinator & Office Administrator (Female Candidates with Own Visa)

Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, organized, and detail-oriented female Service Coordinator & Office Administrator to join our Dubai office (Location: Al Rashidiya, Dubai) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily service operations, maintaining job records, and supporting the service team with administrative and scheduling tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and assign service calls to technicians
  • Maintain service logs, job sheets, and work orders
  • Follow up with clients for job updates and feedback
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and reports as required
  • Handle calls, emails, and communication between office and field teams
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of service jobs
  • Support daily office operations and basic accounting entries

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only (under spouse visa)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & Word
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Fluent in English, Hindi
  • Prior experience in service coordination or office administration preferred
  • Organized, punctual, and able to multitask efficiently

Salary: AED 2,500 per month
