  • Perform all check-in and check-out tasks, manage telephone calls, guest reservations, handle the payment, obtain the necessary guest information, respond to all guest service requests in a timely manner, handle guest complaints or do the escalation on a timely manner to the next level.
  • Complete basic cashier and bookkeeping responsibilities, prepare bills and taking payments
  • Provide an outstanding guest experience
  • Maintain an orderly front desk
  • Greet hotel guests; answer any questions or concerns, complete procedures when guests arrive and leave
  • Dealing with complaints or problems
  • Choosing rooms and handing out keys
  • Operate computer programs and multi-line phone systems
  • Taking and passing on messages to guests
  • Dealing with special requests from guests (like booking parks, tickets, etc.)
