Job Summary

We are looking for a courteous and organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. This role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors, while ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently
• Manage correspondence, including emails and deliveries
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling
• Liaise with internal departments to facilitate communication
• Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment

Requirements

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic (other languages are advantage)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
