Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and friendly Female Receptionist to manage front desk operations at our software house. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle clients and visitors efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for meeting schedules and office management tasks.
  • Support basic administrative and clerical duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Females are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Education, Business, or related field preferred).
  • Basic IT/computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is a plus.
  • Professional and approachable personality.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary range: PKR 30,000 – 40,000
  • Additional commission opportunities

Work Schedule:

  • Timings: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Location: Lahore

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
