As a receptionist in a club, your duties and responsibilities may include:
1. Greeting club members and guests as they approach the towel counter.
2. Issuing clean towels to customers and ensuring they have an adequate supply for their visit.
3. Collecting used towels from customers and sorting them for laundering.
4. Keeping track of towel inventory levels and restocking towels as needed to ensure there are always clean towels available for customers.
5. Organizing and maintaining a neat and tidy towel storage area.
6. Monitoring towel usage to ensure towels are being used appropriately and not being taken out of the club.
7. Answering customer inquiries and providing information about club services and amenities.
8. Control the distribution and return of all locker keys, meticulously logging key movements to prevent loss and guarantee that all keys remain within the counter's custody.
9. Assisting with other tasks as needed, such as cleaning and maintaining the club facilities.
10. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers have a positive experience during their visit to the club.
