Job Description
We are seeking a professional and friendly
Receptionist
to join our
Al Rehman Developers Hospital team
. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-desk experience.
Responsibilities
-
Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff professionally.

Answered phone calls, scheduled appointments, and managed inquiries efficiently.

Maintain patient records and handle administrative tasks.

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff as needed.

Ensure the reception area remains tidy and presentable.

Handle billing and payment processing when required.
Required Skills
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service orientation.
-
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.

Fluent in Urdu & Basic English (preferred).
Qualification & Experience
-
Minimum: Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS)

Experience: Six Months (Fresh candidates can also apply)
