Job Title: Receptionist

Company: Omni Academy & Consulting
Location: Civic Center, Bahria Town Phase 4, Islamabad

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and well-organized Reception Officer to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. This role serves as the first point of contact for all visitors, calls, and inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Customer Service

  • Greet visitors warmly and maintain a welcoming, organized reception area
  • Handle daily phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, and general academy procedures
  • Manage visitor logs and guide individuals to the appropriate staff or department

Administrative Duties

  • Perform data entry, filing, photocopying, and general office tasks
  • Maintain and update records as required
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages
  • Assist with scheduling, appointments, and basic coordination tasks
  • Support office operations and staff when needed

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role (preferably in an office or educational environment)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Professional appearance and a customer-friendly attitude
  • Preference will be given to candidates living nearby

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month
