The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors at the dental hospital. This role involves greeting patients, managing appointments, handling inquiries, maintaining patient records, and ensuring smooth front-desk operations to support high-quality dental care services.
Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and approachable atmosphere.

Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel as necessary.

Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings, coordinating with various departments to ensure effective time management.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area that reflects the professionalism of Riphah International University.

Provide accurate information to visitors regarding university services, programs, and facilities, assisting with inquiries as needed.

Handle incoming and outgoing mails, ensuring timely distribution to relevant departments.

Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and document preparation to support various office functions.

Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of discretion in handling sensitive information.
Requirements

Education: Minimum Bachelors degree (preferred Master's).

Experience: 12 years in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare/dental hospital.
