Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and experienced Receptionist with prior experience in a construction company environment. The ideal candidate must understand construction office workflow, project documentation, and coordination between site and office teams.

This role requires strong communication skills, administrative discipline, and the ability to manage a fast-paced contracting office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations and welcome clients, consultants, and suppliers professionally
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails efficiently
  • Maintain and organize project files (contracts, LPOs, invoices, drawings, approvals, etc.)
  • Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Track submissions, approvals, and document transmittals
  • Maintain meeting schedules and arrange appointments
  • Prepare correspondence, letters, and official documents
  • Support accounts team with invoice submission follow-ups
  • Ensure office administration is well organized

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a receptionist in a construction or contracting company (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of construction terminology (BOQ, LPO, variation orders, submittals, etc.)
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
