We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing administrative support and ensuring smooth daily front-desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Manage reception area and maintain a tidy workspace
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Assist with administrative tasks (filing, data entry, documentation)
  • Coordinate with different departments as required

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information
