We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-service mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Handle inquiries and address complaints
Receive and distribute letters, packages, and deliveries
Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence
Check, sort, and forward emails
Maintain updated records and files
Monitor office supplies and place orders when required
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist or Front Desk Representative
Proficient in English (spoken and written)
Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong problem-solving skills
