Receptionist

The organization is seeking a professional, courteous, and highly organized Receptionist to support front‑office operations within our home health and hospice setting. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that patients, families, and visitors receive a respectful and efficient experience upon entering or contacting our office.
Responsibilities:
  • Complete insurance forms and respond to patient inquiries.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; take messages; schedule appointments.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, documents, and packages.
  • Maintain medical supply inventory.
  • Select and package DME supplies.
  • Support colleagues with general administrative tasks.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
