The organization is seeking a professional, courteous, and highly organized Receptionist to support front‑office operations within our home health and hospice setting. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that patients, families, and visitors receive a respectful and efficient experience upon entering or contacting our office.
Responsibilities:

Complete insurance forms and respond to patient inquiries.

Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; take messages; schedule appointments.

Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.

Receive, sort, and distribute mail, documents, and packages.

Maintain medical supply inventory.

Select and package DME supplies.

Support colleagues with general administrative tasks.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience

Strong verbal communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
