Job Title: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant – Automotive Dealership
Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact at our dealership. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk, provide excellent customer service to clients visiting for sales or service, and support administrative operations across the dealership. This role requires strong communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to sales, service, or admin teams.
- Manage and maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Assist with scheduling appointments for test drives, service bookings, and client meetings.
- Maintain and update client records, dealership databases, and documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for dealership management.
- Track and manage office supplies and dealership inventory needs.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, coordinating with sales and service teams.
- Ensure office equipment and showroom facilities are maintained and operational.
- Support dealership events, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
- Assist HR with recruitment tasks, including interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
- Help organize travel arrangements or bookings for staff when required.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Perform general office duties including filing, photocopying, and documentation management.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or administrative assistant, with experience in automotive or retail is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Professional, approachable, and customer-focused demeanor.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of office management systems and dealership operations is an advantage.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
