Receptionist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and outgoing Receptionist to join our team in Bellevue, Washington. In this contract-to-permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a welcoming and organized office environment while providing exceptional administrative and operational support. This is an onsite role that offers the potential for growth and development within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist employees, guests, and vendors with courtesy and warmth, creating a positive first impression.

• Maintain the reception and lobby areas to ensure they are tidy, presentable, and meet brand and security standards.

• Manage visitor check-ins while adhering to physical security protocols.

• Issue and collect employee and building badges, keeping accurate logs for tracking purposes.

• Relay messages promptly and accurately to the appropriate team members or departments.

• Perform administrative duties such as organizing documents, updating spreadsheets, and light data entry.

• Coordinate workplace needs by reporting maintenance or cleaning issues through the ticketing system.

• Assist the mailroom team with receiving deliveries and notifying the appropriate personnel for routing packages.

• Partner with workplace experience and facilities management teams to support daily office operations.

• Facilitate facility service requests for cleaning, maintenance, and restocking needs.

• Proven experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks, including data entry, document filing, and spreadsheet management.
• Familiarity with workplace systems and tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage visitor check-ins and maintain detailed logs with precision.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining office operations.
• Capacity to handle deliveries and coordinate mailroom tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of facilities management and workplace coordination processes.
• Comfortable working onsite and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
