Job Summary

The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. The candidate should maintain a professional attitude and represent the company in a positive manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk and reception area professionally.
  • Welcome and guide visitors, clients, and guests to the concerned department.
  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails and transfer them to the relevant staff.
  • Maintain visitor records and entry log book.
  • Receive and distribute courier, mail, and official documents.
  • Provide general administrative support to different departments when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Coordinate with security and office staff for visitor management.

Working Hours

  • 12 Hours Duty Shift (Day / Night Shift as per company requirement).

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and behavior.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage visitors efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Qualification

  • Intermediate / Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience as Receptionist or Front Desk Officer preferred.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
