Job Description:

We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a reliable, hard-working professional who is eager to learn and contribute to the smooth operation of our office. This individual will support various administrative tasks, ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly, and maintain accurate records to support the day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and handle customer concerns, directing them to the appropriate team members or departments.
• Take detailed notes and provide regular updates on customer issues.
• Input leads and update records in the company’s system to ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in scheduling and planning meetings and appointments.
• Support the team with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of computer systems and office software
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
