White Glove Community Care is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team! We are looking for a candidate who exudes top-notch customer service, possesses exceptional communication skills, and maintains a professional office appearance at all times.
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing front desk operations, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office functionality.
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
Manage visitor logs and issue badges or sign-in credentials as needed
Provide general administrative and clerical support (e.g., filing, scanning, data entry, photocopying)
Maintain office supplies inventory
Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Standard office environment
Occasional lifting of light office supplies or packages
May require prolonged periods of sitting and screen use
