White Glove Community Care is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team! We are looking for a candidate who exudes top-notch customer service, possesses exceptional communication skills, and maintains a professional office appearance at all times.

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing front desk operations, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly

  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area

  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries

  • Manage visitor logs and issue badges or sign-in credentials as needed

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support (e.g., filing, scanning, data entry, photocopying)

  • Maintain office supplies inventory

  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)

  • Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset

  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Bilingual in the Spanish language required

Working Conditions:


  • Standard office environment

  • Occasional lifting of light office supplies or packages

  • May require prolonged periods of sitting and screen use
