Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a well-presented and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and provide exceptional service to visitors and staff. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner

Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls

Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries

Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating meeting rooms

Maintain visitor logs and issue access passes

Provide administrative support to HR and office management

Handle basic inquiries and guide visitors appropriately

Support day-to-day office operations as required

Requirements:

Proven experience as a receptionist or front-desk representative

Excellent communication skills in English

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Professional appearance and courteous demeanor

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

High level of reliability, punctuality, and confidentiality

Preferred Skills:

Experience in hospitality, corporate offices, or customer service

Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, PBX systems)

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per month

Experience:

  • Receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)
