Job Description:
The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Provide basic information to clients and visitors
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (visitor log, badges)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly

Working Conditions:

  • Office based (Onsite)

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
