We’re hiring a Receptionist who is organized, professional, and people-first—someone who keeps our front office running smoothly and represents the Plateau brand with confidence.

Position Overview

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Kennesaw, GA , with standard hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday . The Receptionist plays a key role in daily operations and is often the first interaction visitors and employees have with Plateau.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact —greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and energy
• Answer and route incoming calls promptly and accurately
• Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
• Coordinate conference room scheduling and assist with meeting setup
• Support internal teams with administrative tasks (filing, data entry, document prep, etc.)
• Assist with company events, safety lunches, and internal communications as needed
• Maintain office supplies and coordinate restocking
• Help uphold Plateau’s culture of People, Quality, and Innovation

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of receptionist, administrative, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication skills (in person, phone, and email)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Reliable and punctual for a consistent in-office schedule
