Receptionist

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated and friendly Receptionist to join their client's team in Denver. This role is essential for creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will manage front desk operations with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate parties promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials available.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
• Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
• Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings, including booking conference rooms and arranging refreshments.
• Manage office supply inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure supplies are always stocked.
  
  

Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with a professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
  

Work Hours:

Monday-Thursday 8:00-5:00; Friday 8:00-12:00

Additional Details:

Salary Range: $22 - $25 per hour
