Service Receptionist

Lithia Subaru of Fresno is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Service Receptionist to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our service customers, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience while supporting the daily operations of our busy service department.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
• Assist customers with service check-in and direct them to the appropriate advisor
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment records
• Process payments and provide receipts as needed
• Monitor and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
• Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the dealership in a positive manner

What You’ll Bring

• Previous receptionist, customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required
