Job Title: Receptionist / Client Care Coordinator – Fluffy Cats Pet Clinic (Fujairah)

Fluffy Cats Pet Clinic is a dedicated, feline-friendly veterinary practice in the heart of Fujairah. We are passionate about providing exceptional, stress-free medical care exclusively for cats. We are looking for a warm, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic and the bridge between our veterinarians and our beloved clients.

The Role:
As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients—both the two-legged and the four-legged ones! You will play a vital role in ensuring the clinic runs smoothly, managing appointments, handling client inquiries with empathy, and maintaining our front-desk operations with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting clients and their cats with a friendly, calm, and professional demeanor.
• Scheduling and managing appointments, surgeries, and follow-ups using our clinic management system.
• Handling phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails promptly and courteously.
• Managing client records, billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Dispensing medications and products as directed by the veterinarians.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Providing exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and questions with patience and care.

Requirements:

• Gender: Female (preferred).
• Language: Must be fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service, administration, or reception (veterinary or medical clinic experience is a strong plus).
• Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer systems, clinic management software (or ability to learn quickly), and Microsoft Excel (for inventory, reports, and data entry).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine love for cats and a compassionate, patient attitude.

عيادة فلافي كاتس للقطط هي عيادة بيطرية متخصصة تقع في قلب الفجيرة، وتكرس جهودها لتقديم رعاية صحية استثنائية وخالية من التوتر للقطط فقط. نبحث عن موظفة استقبال دافئة، منظمة، ومحترفة لتكون الوجه المبتسم للعيادة وحلقة الوصل بين الأطباء البيطريين وعملائنا الأعزاء.

الوصف الوظيفي:
كموظفة استقبال، ستكونين أول من يرحب بالعملاء (ذوي الأرجل الأربعة والاثنين!)، وستلعبين دورًا محوريًا في ضمان سير العيادة بسلاسة من خلال إدارة المواعيد، والتعامل مع استفسارات العملاء بتعاطف، وإدارة عمليات الاستقبال بدقة واحترافية.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• استقبال العملاء وقططهم بترحاب واحترافية وهدوء.
• جدولة وإدارة المواعيد، والعمليات الجراحية، والمتابعات عبر نظام العيادة الإلكتروني.
• الرد على المكالمات الهاتفية، واستفسارات الواتساب، والبريد الإلكتروني بسرعة وبأسلوب راقٍ.
• إدارة ملفات العملاء، وإصدار الفواتير، ومعالجة المدفوعات.
• صرف الأدوية والمنتجات تحت إشراف الأطباء البيطريين.
• الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم منطقة الاستقبال.
• تقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية من خلال التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء ومخاوفهم بصبر ورعاية.

المتطلبات:

• الجنس: أنثى (يفضل).
• اللغة: إجادة تامة للغتين الإنجليزية والعربية (تحدثًا وكتابة).
• الخبرة: خبرة سابقة في خدمة العملاء، أو الإدارة، أو الاستقبال (الخبرة في العيادات البيطرية أو الطبية تعتبر ميزة قوية).
• المهارات التقنية: إجادة استخدام أنظمة الحاسوب، وبرامج إدارة العيادات (أو القدرة على التعلم السريع)، بالإضافة إلى إتقان برنامج Microsoft Excel (لإدارة المخزون، والتقارير، وإدخال البيانات).
• مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على التعامل مع الآخرين.
• حب حقيقي للقطط، مع موقف عطوف وصبور.
