Receptionist, Accountant & Logistics

  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoice processing and payments.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.
  • Support VAT filing and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements/reports.
  • Assist in payroll processing and data entry.
  • Greet visitors, manage the front desk, and maintain a professional reception area.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and packages.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and office supplies inventory.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Coordinate with drivers, shipping companies, and freight carriers for pickups and deliveries.
  • Track inventory levels, shipments, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Prepare logistics documentation, such as bills of lading, packing lists, and proof of delivery.
  • Communicate with customers regarding shipment updates and resolve issues.
  • Optimize transportation routes and warehouse space.
