Receptionist / Admin Assistant

We Are Hiring: HR Admin / Receptionist

We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR Admin / Receptionist to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations and welcome visitors professionally
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Support HR activities (visa processing, onboarding, documentation, leave records)
  • Maintain employee files and update HR system records
  • Coordinate interviews and assist in recruitment process
  • Manage office supplies and general administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR/Admin or Receptionist role
  • Experience in UAE (DMCC / Freezone experience is an advantage)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Presentable and professional attitude
