Insurance Coordinator & Receptionist (Full-Time)

We are looking for a professional Medical Insurance Coordinator & Receptionist to join our medical center. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling medical insurance procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Managing front desk and patient reception
- Handling insurance approvals, claims, and re-submissions
- Verifying insurance eligibility & coverage
- Coordinating with insurance companies for approvals and pending claims
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
- Providing excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Medical Insurance Coordinator (mandatory)
- Experience in medical reception/front desk
- Knowledge of UAE medical insurance portals
- Must speak Arabic or have basic Arabic communication skills (even if main language is English)
- Strong communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure
