Receptionist-Arabic Speaker

We are looking for a professional and presentable Arabic-speaking Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls (Arabic & English)
  • Manage appointments and meeting room bookings
  • Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • Maintain reception area and office records
  • Provide administrative support to different departments

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic & English (mandatory)
  • 1–3 years of experience as Receptionist / Front Desk
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable and well-organized
  • Proficient in MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
