Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Customer Service
- Greet customers professionally and assist them with service inquiries
- Handle walk-in customers and direct them to the appropriate service advisors
- Maintain a positive customer experience at all times
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues when required
Service Centre Coordination
- Register customer visits and create service job cards (manual/system-based)
- Schedule service appointments and follow up on pending jobs
- Coordinate with technicians, service advisors, and supervisors
- Update customers on service status and completion timelines
Administrative & Office Support
- Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries
- Maintain customer records, service logs, and appointment schedules
- Prepare basic reports, service summaries, and daily registers
- Manage filing, data entry, and documentation related to service jobs
Cash & Billing Support (If Applicable)
- Assist in invoice preparation and payment coordination
- Handle basic cash/card transactions and issue receipts
- Coordinate with accounts team for billing queries
Compliance & Workplace Standards
- Follow company policies, service centre procedures, and HSE guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Ensure confidentiality of customer and company information
Requirements & Qualifications
- Arab National (Preferred)
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken & written)
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Receptionist in a Service Centre, Automotive, or Technical Industry
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with service management systems/ERP is an advantage
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
