Hours: Wednesday – Sunday: 9:00am – 5:00pm

Are you a friendly and organized individual who thrives in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about providing exceptional service.

Who You Are:

• Greeting visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members.
• Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
• Manage traffic up system and rotation with the next up in conjunction with the desks needs
• Next up is used to its fullest potential with all details from each opportunity uploaded in the next up, daily opportunity sheet and CRM.
• 1,2,3 & 4 on the list are always in place
• Host 1 and 2 is always in place
• Quarterback of the front of the house and a partner in the desk team, not an employee of the desk

• 
  Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Spanish language proficiency is preferred to better serve our diverse clientele.
