Receptionist / Cashier (Delivery-Only Kitchen)

• Process and manage incoming orders via Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeeq, and other delivery platforms.
• Accurately input orders and track kitchen workflow to ensure timely dispatch.
• Coordinate with drivers and customers for smooth order handling and delivery updates.
• Handle walk-in and call-in customer orders in a professional manner.
• Operate the cash register and process payments with accuracy.
• Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (F&B or delivery-based kitchen preferred).
• Proven experience working with Talabat, Snoonu, and Rafeeq order portals.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Comfortable with basic math and computer usage.
• Familiarity with Arabic cuisine is a plus.
• Friendly, dependable, and well-organized.
