Oregon Pacific Financial Advisors | Downtown Medford, OR | In-Person
Be the first impression for a respected financial advisory firm and the steady, polished presence that keeps the office running smoothly. If you’re the kind of person who genuinely enjoys helping others, takes pride in being organized, and can make clients feel instantly welcomed — you’ll thrive here.
Oregon Pacific Financial Advisors (OPFA) is a highly respected investment advisory firm in downtown Medford. We’re looking for a professional, upbeat Receptionist team member to serve as the first point of contact for clients and to keep our advisors running smoothly.
Why OPFA
- Join a stable, reputable firm with a strong community presence
- Work with a team that values excellence, integrity, and follow-through
- A role that blends people + organization (not just answering phones)
OPFA Core Values
- KNOWLEDGEABLE: We are experts in our own craft. We study. We improve. We ask questions and stay curious. In a complex and constantly changing field like financial planning, our clients expect us to be sharp, and we take that responsibility seriously.
- CARES ABOUT CLIENTS:This is not a transactional business. We lead with empathy. We listen, we advise, and we serve in the client's best interest at the center. Every interaction should reflect genuine care.
- DEPENDABLE:We do what we say we'll do. Every time. Our word is our bond—to our clients, our teammates, and our partners. We show up, we follow through. Reliability builds trust, and trust is the way we measure our relationships.
- CAN-DO POSITIVE ATTITUDE: We tackle challenges with optimism. We bring energy to the table, look for solutions, and stay above the line. Negativity, blame, or excuses don't move us forward; action and positivity do.
- DRIVEN:We're ambitious. We set high standards for ourselves and each other. We are always reaching for the next level of service, results, and growth.
- GRIT: We push through. We stay the course. When it's hard, when it's uncertain, when it would be easier to stop — we keep going. We take ownership, embrace the challenge, and finish strong.
- HUMBLY CONFIDENT: We know what we're good at, and we don't need to boast. We also know we don't have all the answers. We're open to learning, feedback, and growth. We speak with confidence and act with humility.
