As a receptionist makes a good first impression by managing the front desk and greeting customers and other visitors, direct them .
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party
Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices and take message
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Create and manage both digital and hardcopy filing systems for all employees
Write internal communications documents, including handouts and emails, to inform team members of important notice
Present progress and results of tasks to management and other interested parties in person or digital format
Conduct regular analyses of processes and procedures, making adjustments when necessary following approval from management
Resolve administrative problems by analyzing information; identifying and communicating solutions to management
Maintain and control administrative/technical processes in accordance with management directi
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
