Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and callers.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes where required.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Administrative Duties
- Provide administrative support to management and various departments.
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement..
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance staff.
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
