Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Handle emails and correspondence
  • Maintain office files and records
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with staff and management
  • Prepare reports, documents, and office supplies requests

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in receptionist or administrative role preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Well-organized and responsible
  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: AED 2,000 – 2,500 (based on experience)
  • Company transport provided
  • Other benefits as per UAE Labour Law
  • No accommodation provided

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
