Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and energetic Receptionist cum Business Development Officer to manage front desk operations while supporting business development activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to generate and maintain business relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesReceptionist Duties:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Maintain visitor records and front desk documentation.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable.
- Handle administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
Business Development Duties:
- Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, and social media.
- Generate leads and maintain a client database.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Assist in preparing business proposals and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales and business growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Reception, Customer Service, Sales, or Business Development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
