RECEPTIONIST CUM SECRETARY

We are seeking a competent and organized individual to join our team as a Secretary cum Receptionist. In this role, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks and managing our front desk operations. Your duties will include answering phone calls, receiving visitors, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in office software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (e.g., emails, letters, packages).
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist other departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Secretary or Receptionist.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
